Two Things for Tuesday

Happy Tuesday! Spring is finally here! The BIG guy has really been taking advantage of the nice weather by hitting the links! You know what they say, "business takes place on the golf course.” Hopefully you have been able to take advantage of the beautiful weather too! 

We had some exciting things happen early this week. The biggest being our new listing on Fisk Lake. This beautiful home is reminiscent of Furniture City's past and a true East Grand Rapids classic. Built for the pioneer of Grand Rapids Railway Co, Louis Delamarter, who managed the famous Ramona Park Resort on Reeds Lake. The home is a piece of history: situated on 1.5 acres with rolling green lawns, perfectly manicured landscaping, and 210 ft of lake frontage; it is truly a private oasis in the heart of the city. 

Attending closings is one of our favorite things to do! Buying or selling is such a huge accomplishment so we love being there to support our clients. Let’s give a huge shout out to Joe and Lindsey on their home purchase. This market wasn’t on them but they stuck with it and landed a home that was well worth the wait! Congratulations
