YSM Employment Services is designed to equip job seekers with job readiness skills in order to prepare for work. Job ready clients can be matched with work opportunities and coached to retain employment.

Hours:
Mon - Fri
9am - 5pm
ELIGIBILITY
- For ages 16+
- A valid SIN
- Work permit or Canadian status

ELEVATION PROGRAM

Employment program for individuals with self-identified mental health disabilities. 
  • Connection with mental health counsellor
  • Group based and one-on-one training and personal support
  • Connection to job placements/experience
Phase 1: Experiential classroom based learning and paid internal work placement
Phase 2: 10 week paid job placement and employment support in the community

ELIGIBILITY:
  • 18-29 years old
  • Has not worked over 700 hours in the last year
