Peace be with you,

We hope you can join us this Sunday, April 3, for a Living Stations of the Cross. This moving variation of the Stations will begin at 5 PM in the hall.

Next weekend is Palm Sunday and Holy Week begins. Below is the schedule for our Holy Week services and Masses.  We hope you will be able to join us during the Triduum.  On Holy Saturday, there is no 4 PM Mass.  We will have the Easter Vigil Mass at 7:30 PM.  Easter Sunday is our regular Mass schedule.

We also will be offering several opportunities for confession, listed below, including a Penance Service on April 6 at 7:05 PM.  Also listed below are confession times at the Carmelite chapel in the Northshore Mall.  Consider making a confession during Lent to prepare yourself for Jesus in the Resurrection at Easter.

Our Christ’s Hands will be collecting healthy snacks to support Si, Se Puede's after school program for children in Lawrence. If you would like to donate, please place your donations in the collection bins at the doors of the church during Palm Sunday weekend (April 9 and 10). Examples of snack ideas: fruit/granola bars, individually wrapped packages of pretzels, popcorn, and cookies, fruit cups, individual size fruit drinks, fresh apples and oranges.

A reminder, Vacation Bible School (ages 4-10) and summer (grades 6-8) and fall (grades 1-8) Faith Formation registration is open. We encourage you to register early for the best class options. Click here for more information and to register.

This Sunday, we will have our Children’s Hour from 9 – 10 AM in Room 5 of the parish center.  This program is designed for children ages 3-6.  April’s theme is “The Story of Adam and Eve.” Email our Faith Formation team if you have any questions: grades1-5@sttheresanreading.org.

Blessings upon you and your family,
Bishop Mark, Father Anda, and staff
