We are excited for a great year at the Club!  Carts are now allowed on the course, just please be mindful to areas that need extra care as the crew continues to get everything opened up for the year.  James and crew will be working on getting water on the greens and the holes cut.  

Tuesday, April 5th there will be a Class C golf tournament, so the course will be closed from 10AM-4PM.  You are welcome to come out and use the driving range or practice greens though!  

Starting April 4th, you can call the pro shop to sign up for leagues...Deven has been busy signing up new members, and it's looking to be a busy year.

In the bar/kitchen...  Make sure to get your reservations for Easter Brunch.  We always sell out, so don't wait too long!  Tara also has a free bingo night planned for April 11th.  Burgers and Brats are on the menu for $15...call today and reserve a table!

Our bar is now open daily, and we are ramping up for the season.  Tara is looking for some help in the bar and kitchen.  If you know of anyone looking to make some extra cash, please have them contact Tara at the club!  

Mitch Bundy has been a busy beaver this winter.  He has taken all of the network boxes and cables which have been a mess in the corner of the pro shop, and secured them in the office.  All computers and printers are will be hard wired through a local area network, and a new voice/IP phone system will be put into use which will allow the club to have voicemail.  This will be a great addition to our club and something that has been much needed, as our staff will be able to better provide for both our members and the public.  

I will be sending out advertising information to all previous tee box sponsors.  If you or your business is interested in advertising at the club, please feel free to give me a call or email!  

I sent out an email to all married and family memberships, if you did not receive one from me, it probably went to your junk mail.  I need some information from you, as I have discovered we have not been using so many great features in our software.  This information is going to make it so that we can keep better track of golf rounds, it will be easier for you and your partner or family to make tee times, and keep track of your member charges.  Please send me the names, emails, and phone numbers for all individuals associated with your married or family golf memberships.

ALL MEMBER CHARGE ACCOUNTS FROM 2021 WERE DUE DECEMBER 31.  IF YOU STILL HAVE A PAST DUE BALANCE, YOUR CLUB PRIVILEDGES WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL PAID IN FULL.
How Can I Pay My Bill?

There are several options available for you to pay your bill....

1:  Good Ol Fashioned Mail!  You can mail payment to the club at:

2:  You can stop in!  Stop by our regular hours and any bartender can take a payment.  Wednesday, Thursday or Friday open at 3:00.

3:  By Phone!  You can call the club 406-234-1600 or Kacie at 406-951-7254... any bartender can take a credit card payment over the phone...and Kacie can take payments from home!  

4:  ONLINE!!!  Yes!  You can make payments online!  You just need to access our Online Customer Portal.  There is a link on our website...under "Membership" OR "Latest Club News"  You'll find the link.

You are able to make tee times, view your statements, and make payments through the Online Customer Portal.  If you have any questions,  or seem to have a zero balance when accessing the customer portal, please give Kacie a call at 406-951-7254...she can fix these issues for you!

ATTENTION ALL MARRIED AND FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS

If you have a married or family golf membership, we are changing how it is put into the system.  This will make it easier for you, as individuals to make tee times using the Online Customer Portal, as well as when a person charges to the account, or staff needs to call you for leagues etc.  

Example:
Bob and Sue Smith and their son Dan have a family golf membership.  Previously they had one "account" under Bob and Sue Smith...  All correspondence went to Bobs email, phone, and address.  When Bob made a tee time on the Online Customer Portal, it said "Bob and Sue Smith." 
Now, Kacie is setting up married and family golf memberships so that Bob Smith, Sue Smith, and Dan Smith will each have their own "account"  which are all linked together.  Sue will be able to use her email and phone number to make a tee time for her and a friend in the Online Customer Portal, and Bob will be able to make his own tee time.  Bob will then be reminded of his tee time, and Sue, hers.  Instead of Bob getting all notifications, and Sue getting none.  The membership will still receive one bill, it will just show which family member made the purchase on the bill.  

This should make it so much easier for couples and families to be able to make tee times online, alleviate some confusion, and allow our staff to give top notch service.

It is going to be important that all members make tee times this year, as we have been seeing an increase in golfers, especially on the weekends.  To be sure that everyone can get out on the course, and that there is a cart available for you, please make a tee time!

Should I get a Range or Cart Plan?

The prices for rental carts and range balls have gone up this year...But the cost of a cart plan or range ball plan has not!  Take advantage of a cart or range plan today, give Kacie a call to add either to your membership...  406-951-7254

A Bucket of Rangeballs $9
Cart Seat $11 per 9 holes. 
So a whole cart for 9 holes is $22.  If you and your significant other go out golfing, it will only take 20 times for the cart plan to pay for itself.  

Rangeball Plans:  
Individual $190
Couple $245
Family $285

Cart Plans
Individual $300
Couple $440
Family $500

Reminder:  Private carts are only allowed to full dues paying members.  Private carts may only be used by the full dues paying member and their children/grandchildren. 

Example:  Bob and Sue Smith own their own cart, their son Dan Smith may also use their private cart...but Dans cousin George, may not use Bob and Sue's cart.  

All private carts must pay a yearly "trail fee"  which allows members to bring their private cart onto the course.  If your private cart is stored onsite at the club, a yearly fee of $250 is charged for cart storage.  If you choose to store your cart at home, a yearly "private cart fee" of $100 is charged.  
New pro shop merchandise is arriving daily!  We are expecting more clothing from LevelWear and more bags from Sun Mountain.  Stop in to see our new leather patch caps!
