There is still time to book your place, but get in quick, for this one day retreat in the historic heritage listed Urrbrae House. This program gives CCC members an opportunity to reflect upon and enhance their physical, emotional and psychological well-being.
A little something about what to expect from our presenters:


Richard Roope is passionate about promoting self-care and exercise, sharing his knowledge and experience to help improve the quality of life for all, his session on Exercise for the Lymphatic System will be fun and informative.
Irene Schonberg will explore all aspects of nutritional healing - including optimal nutrients, healthy fats, digestion and a lot more. 
Chris Dolman, "A Life of Stories" Who we are, what we do , what we think and feel, what we notice around us, what we remember and what we look forward to are all influenced by the stories we have about our lives. Drawing on narrative therapy ideas, you will engage privately with written reflection activities. 
Ahilya Horsefall's Soundbath, is deeply relaxing, replenishing and rejuvenating experience.  Rest back and be bathed in healing sound vibrations.

DIVE INTO MEDITATION
AND DISCOVER YOUR DEPTHS

7 Weeks course - New Dates & Time! 


Meditation can tranform how we realte to ourselves and our everyday life, by allowing us to get to know and connect more fully with our mind and body and the world around us. This course is for beginners and experienced meditators a like. It is designed to provide participants with a framework and the tools to cultivate meditation in your life, in a way that is not dependent upon someone else leading you, or the use of apps and the like.

NOTE: This course is not the same as participating in the weeekly drop in meditation group on Wednesday mornings.

EASTER OPENING HOURS


Easter is a time to rejoice and be thankful for the gift of life, love and joy.
 
We wish you all a very Safe and Happy Easter season, from the whole team at the Cancer Care Centre.

The Centre will be open on Thursday 14th April and reopening again on Tuesday 19th April.

The results are in! A huge thank you to all who supported us and bought tickets in the People's Choice Lottery, we raised over $3,000!  Which will go to provide much needed funds to continue to provide services through the Cancer Care Centre.
