From concepts to creation, Capital City Development Corp. (CCDC) is fulfilling our community’s expressed desire for a safer and more connected downtown providing all users better access to restaurants, entertainment and open spaces.

CCDC currently has separate multi-block reconstruction projects in downtown Boise - Rebuild Linen Blocks on Grove Street, Rebuild 8th Street: State to Franklin Streets.
