Hey Parents!!!

Youth Camp registration is now available! Youth Camp is the best week of the year and we are so excited to go! We will head to Ruidoso, NM in the middle of the Lincoln National Forest and enjoy everything from the view, the zip line, the water slide, the games, the people, the services- everything! No doubt this year will be one to remember!

THE DETAILS
YOUTH CAMP 1 | JUNE 13-17
Ages: Going into 6-12 grades or ages 12-18
Early Bird Price: $210 (price includes initial $20 deposit)
LAST DAY TO REGISTER: Saturday, May 28

During registration, $20 will be due via debit or credit card immediately! This deposit will reserve your student’s spot at camp. Camp registration will close Saturday, May 28. All payments must be made online via the Youth Payment link at harvestabq.org/camp. The rest of the payment will be due on Sunday, June 5th. The remaining payment may be made at any time by clicking the “Youth Payment” link online or in the Church Center app.

REGISTRATION
To register, visit www.harvestabq.org/camp, select youth camp, and hit the REGISTER link. Registration can only be completed online. Be sure to mark the church (Albuquerque- Harvest) and camp to attend (YOUTH CAMP 1: June 13-17) correctly. Complete the form, one for each child, and then return to www.harvestabq.org/camp. Your deposit will be made via debit or credit card when you are completing your child’s registration. The remaining payment can be made at any time before Sunday, June 5th by clicking the “Youth Payment” link at harvestabq.org/camp or in the Church Center app.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
We will meet at the church on Monday, June 13 at 9:00 AM. The van needs to leave no later than 9:30 PM. We may stop at gas stations to use the restroom but not to buy snacks; it will be best to pack your student a snack if you think they will get hungry. Once we arrive in Ruidoso we will be stopping at McDonalds, Sonic, or Subway for lunch. The three restaurants are very close proximity to one another. Each student needs to have their own money to cover this. Check in at camp starts at 2:30 PM!

Camp is dismissed at 11:00am. We will be stopping back at McDonalds, Sonic, and/or Subway in Ruidoso on the way back. It’s very important that students keep enough money for this meal throughout the week! We will hold onto money for this meal for students if it is necessary for your teenagers. We should arrive back at Harvest around 4:30 PM on Saturday. We will keep you updated with our arrival time through Facebook.

ADDITIONAL INFO
Students may want to bring extra money to camp as the camp has apparel and snacks available for sale. The camp price covers travel, lodging, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and the free camp shirt. If you would like your student to be able to visit the snack bar, please send cash. $20-$25 tends to be what most students bring.

If your student has a food allergy, please follow the steps on the Food Accommodation Form and let Pastor Tyler, know, as soon as possible, to assure that everyone stays safe and healthy.

If you need to send medication, please fill out the form attached in the other document. The form and medication needs to be in a zip lock bag and ready to be given to our team Monday morning.
