Hello <<First Name>>, here's a sneak peek of my latest episode!
Nonspeaking autistic self advocacy
with Noah Seback -- Episode 155
My latest podcast guest cannot speak -- but he has a lot to say.
Noah Seback is a nonspeaking autistic young man. He also has apraxia that has made it impossible for him to communicate reliably for most of his life. Then, at the age of 16, he learned how to use a letterboard to spell out the words he wanted to say -- and his entire world opened up. As Noah described it to me, "it was nirvana!"
Noah is thoughtful, friendly, funny, and passionate about helping other nonspeaking autistic people. He spells out his story and goals on this episode of Beyond 6 Seconds, where he is joined by his communication regulation partners who read his words aloud.
