NSW Oyster Marketing Campaign Launch

Promoting NSW Oysters

The NSW Oyster Industry produces a premium product that is in high demand in domestic markets. Production volume is however increasing, and the market is expected to become more competitive as the WA industry builds momentum, and SA & Tasmania return to full production.

To maintain strong demand, the NSW Farmers Association has been working closely with Seafood Industry Australia and Sapphire Coast Wilderness Oysters, to create a unified brand for the NSW oyster industry.
The project has developed a suite of marketing materials which will be rolled out across key markets, including a poster series, recipe cards, tray labels, stickers, and a logo pack with guidelines for use (examples above).  An online campaign is also being initiated.

These materials will be launched at the upcoming conference in Batemans Bay.

This project is proudly funded by the Australian and NSW Governments.
