Sunset Pilates

Imagine being on a picturesque beach listening to the water coming into the shore, all whilst the sun is setting... A dream, yes, but it is also a reality when taking part in our Pilates class at sunset.

Following the Mat Pilates structure, we continue our journey of Pilates in the evening when the beach is usually just for us. This is an opportunity to make time to concentrate on your breathing techniques as you gaze at the sunset, allowing your mind to escape your hectic lifestyle.
