SFUSD ExCEL EMAIL REQUESTS
We are in the process of sharing a new AUP form for request starting 04.13.22 forward. Until the new form is shared, please refrain from submitting any requests. If you have any questions, please contact Jennifer Quevedo (quevedoj@sfusd.edu) Thank you
ACTIONS NEEDED
- SFUSD Emails for ExCEL Partners SY 2021-22:
The current SFUSD emails for non-SFUSD staff will expire on June 30th, 2022. ExCEL is working with the Department of Technology to have emails approved for SY 22-23. However, we wanted to give you the heads up that we might not be able to activate SFUSD email address on July 1st, 2022 and we are asking you to plan ahead. If this is going to affect the way you deliver Summer Program, please send an email to Lucy Hong at hongl1@sfusd.edu and Karina Henriquez at henriquezk@sfusd.edu by Apr 22, 2022 with the following information by CBO:
- CBO Name + school sites
- Number of employees this would affect
- If the employees currently have an active SFUSD email, please list their name, SFUSD email address and school site here on this spreadsheet
- A brief description on how not having SFUSD emails access this Summer, will make it difficult for staff to provide Summer Programming.
2. SFUSD Enrollment Guide:
Please update your program contact information in EMS by Friday, April 29, 2022.
This information will be used in the SFUSD Enrollment Guide for FY 23-24. If you have concerns with using this information for FY 23-24, please contact Lucy Hong at hongl1@sfusd.edu.
ExCEL Role Specific Monthly Meetings

Summer 2022 Coding Bootcamp is live on our website!
Classes: Intro to JavaScript, Intro to Web Design, Intro to Unity Game Design, and Intro to Python
When? T/W/Th from 10 am – 2:30 pm between June 21 – July 30
Where? Remote and in-person, TBD which classes will be which!
Who? 9th – 12th graders, including rising 9th graders and 12th graders who just graduated
Apply at missionbit.org/programs/classes by May 8th
Please let me know if you are having any resource fairs or info sessions for your youth. I would love to come by, virtually or in-person, to table/present!
