Weekly Encouragement

Easter Encounters Empower

We are excited to have a wonderful Easter Service this coming Sunday. Our hope is that everyone who attends encounters the love and presence of God in a way that changes their lives.

Please be praying for this region, that God would give us wisdom in how to reach the lost, win the region, and establish a renewed vision of what God wants to do. Now is the time for us to not get busier, but to strategically build according to the strategies of the Lord.

In the next season, we are intentionally preaching the Word of God for the sake of tearing down strongholds. We are gathering to release God’s love and healing in those who come, so they can carry it to those around them. We want you empowered through encounters with God to transform your families, friends, and communities.

We believe that God is calling Harvest Valley to live from a “presence driven culture of empowerment”.

The culture of empowerment requires that we live for Jesus above ourselves, and that His power is working in us as we serve Him. This only happens as we, like Jesus, choose to die to self, and be risen with Christ as new creations.

We are excited to see God move in this season, and we ask that you join us Sunday, along with the other great events and opportunities that we have at Harvest Valley. We hope that you can bring someone with you this next Sunday.

A few things to keep in mind for Sunday –

Our Kid’s Church will have a full check-in station, and parents can check kids in before service, get name badges for the kids and security labels for the parents.

We will be gathering at 9:30 for prayer, and we have intercessors and worshippers coming as early as 8:00 to pray for the services every week. Come join us!

There will be a gift for the first 38 newcomers Sunday. If there are some left after service, they will be available to those who want one.

Prayer Needs and Updates:

  • Pray for our mission organizations, their families, and their provision.  Celebrate Recovery Nicaragua, Freedom House, Helping Hands Healing Hearts, Idahope Families.
  • Pray for those called to serve in this season with Youth and Kids Ministries.  We are praying for those that have a burden for the youth and a willingness to serve them.
  • Pray for those called to Leadership at HVWC.  We believe that God is raising up mighty men and women of God who will lead others in their pursuit of God.  We know that God is expanding our influence, and those who desire to play a part in the body through leadership should know they are called to it in this season.
