Meditate for Peace

This year continues to be a trial for our psyche. Join all of the local yoga sanghas in a special event to unify our concerns and raise the vibration towards a more peaceful and just world.
This is a free event, but donations toward the support of Ukranian refugees is encouraged as a part of your participation (link below).

For our practice, bring an item that signifies peace to you to add to our center mandala. We will have mantra, silence, and time for connection.

The Great Village Egg Hunt is happening throughout the downtown area of Spring Lake with LOTS of great prizes including some of our famous "Bendy Coupons". Grab a basket and hit the district!! This is for ALL ages with a special area for little ones near Village Hall. 


Join Joyce in a Restorative Yoga Weekend May 20-22! This includes a Friday night introduction to Restorative Yoga and a juicy class experience open to all. Saturday & Sunday are designed for yoga teachers to learn how to create a sequence as well as understand the concepts behind the practice. Find out more & register HERE.
