Good Afternoon,

Next Wednesday School Mass (April 20) is being hosted by the 3rd grade. All are welcome to join!
 
With the opening of the vastly expanded Dunham’s Sports in the Cedar Mall, I’ve added some Dunham’s scrip back into our inventory. Dunham’s scrip comes in a $25 card and provides an 8% payback to SJS.

Congratulations to Finn Grenier (8th grade) and
Leah Couture (6th grade) for receiving the Diocesan
Respect Life Essay Award!
 
These students submitted an essay using the theme, "St. Joseph: Protector of Mother and Child". These students inspired the Director of Respect Life, Bonita Thom, and they received recognition from the Diocese of Superior and a $25 Amazon gift card. Thank you, Finn and Leah, for valuing and understanding the dignity of each person from conception to natural death!

4K Grandparents Day - Wednesday, May 4 from 10:00 am - 11:30 am in the PreK Classroom.

Kindergarten-Grade 8 Grandparents - Friday, May 6 from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm.

Students entering grades 1-6   
*The daytime program is designed for younger kids who are ready to experience the faith in a fun and energetic environment.
  • Monday, June 13 - Friday, June 17
  • 9:00am - 2:30pm
Students entering grades 7-12 
*Spend two hours each evening deepening your relationship with Jesus Christ while hanging out with your friends and other faith-filled leaders.
  • Sunday, June 12 - Thursday, June 16
  • 7:30pm - 9:45pm
New this year - Totus Tuus T-Shirts are available to purchase when you register. You must register your student and order a t-shirt by April 25th.

The Rice Lake Area School District is excited to announce that RLASD Summer Academy will be held July 18-29 for Session 1
and August 1-12 for Session 2 from 8:00 - 11:40
at Tainter Elementary. 

Registration and class selection will take place April 12-June 3 online through Family Access in Skyward.  To participate in RLASD's Summer Academy, please fill out the Enroll in RLASD form found on the Summer Academy website.  We will then provide you with a username and password to be able to fill out the Register for Summer Academy forms and schedule classes in Arena Scheduling using Skyward Family Access. The Summer Academy Booklet is available on Summer Academy website along with a Newsletter and registration instructions.

If you do not live within the Rice Lake Area School District boundaries, there is a tuition fee for non-resident students of $230 per student per session.
