We all from time to time get to a place where we don't feel persuaded to do something, and we feel low, uninspired, and unmotivated.
One of the main causes of discouragement is when our expectations get disappointed we then start to feel worn out, torn, and don't feel like going on. We get frustrated.
When we get discouraged we experience fear, anxiety, confusion, and sadness, we lack courage and confidence.
Some of the signs of discouragement are
  • The unwillingness to accept new tasks
  • You don't feel excited about what you are doing
  • You don't see the impact of what you are doing
  • You feel stuck and do not have any advancement opportunities
  • You lose focus
