Hello friends!
Happy Easter! He is risen - He is risen indeed!! Hallelujah!
Now that's worth using exclamation points in bunches if you ask us!! (:

Okay, when you last heard from us you heard we were trying to get to "100% by May 1st". In order to hopefully communicate our big updates clearly, we'll use good ol' bullet points. Smile.
- On March 18th we sent you our first "goal" email
- On Sunday March 20th, after church, tOdd was asked by a pastor to consider a full-time position (job) at our home/sending church, Good Shepherd Community Church - we didn't see this coming
- Between March 18th and our last update on Sunday March 27th we added about $100 per month in partnership and lost about $250
- We continued praying about and pursuing this job possibility with Good Shepherd
What's "funny" in all of this is that we had previously considered Cathy taking a full-time paid position so that tOdd could remain with Wycliffe but we had never considered tOdd taking a full-time position and Cathy remaining with Wycliffe.
- As we waited for this process we did not send out any "Sunday updates" (on April 3rd and April 10th) / As such:
- We can now announce that tOdd was offered and has accepted the position at Good Shepherd
- On Monday (April 18), Cathy will have an interview for a Wycliffe position that meets her skillset as an individual (our previous assignment in Church Relations had been based on us as a team and heavily relied on tOdd's skills)

With the new addition of tOdd's income at the church (he looks to begin this coming Thursday the 21st, by the way) our Wycliffe budget will be funded with our current partnership level.
We have reached our Wycliffe ministry goal in a way we never saw coming - but God seems to do that often and we are thankful for His provision.
In the coming weeks and months there will be plenty of transition and paperwork - especially on Cathy's end as she pivots into a new role within Wycliffe.

PRAYER & PRAISE Points:
- PRAISE that Jesus is Risen and that He has provided once again - and in a way we didn't see coming (i.e., weren't "looking for").
- PRAY that God would be with Cathy as she wraps up this one year of teaching 6th grade at Good Shepherd School and also that Andrew and Alyssa would both finish up their end-of-school-year well at Bushnell and Mt. Hood Community College, respectively.
- PRAY for transition as tOdd begins his new role at Good Shepherd (as a 'Connect Ministry Director' - all-things first touch & hospitality to entry-area atmospherics to next steps and more).
- PRAISE that the "More Than You Know" Christafari music video is being used and having an impact as it has now been viewed 30k times since its release 50 days ago!
- PRAY for our health as we've been battling some sickness - enough already!
- PRAY for how He continues to move and work and have His being in our lives.
- PRAY for Cathy's interview on Monday and direction in her new role with Wycliffe
