May 1st   |    After 2nd Service

Join us for this Spring's final Church and Culture Conversation on May 1st. We will discuss the purpose of spiritual gifts and whether all those gifts (including the "sign gifts" of healing, tongues, etc) are still to be used today. Bring a dish for the potluck that will start right after second service at 12.30pm, as we learn how to talk to each other about these relevant and challenging issues of the day!

Discipleship Retreat

The retreat will be held at the Alaska Christian Retreat. Adam Copenhaver, a former intern at Peninsula Grace, now serving as a pastor in Washington State, will be our guest speaker. We will need RSVPs so we know how many rooms and meals to prepare.

Ladies Bunco Night

Join the Women of Grace for a very full night of fun! Cherie Taylor is hosting a night playing Bunco at the Log Cabin Inn. It’s easy to catch on so if you have never played, no problem!

Baby Dedication

May 1st   |    During 2nd Service @ 10:45 am

Mark your calendars for our next Child Dedication on Sunday, May 15th. Join us as we encourage and celebrate with some of our families as the parents declare their intention to shepherd their child(ren) in the strength and sufficiency of Jesus. As a church, we get to affirm that we’ve got their back in the wonderful, beautiful (and messy) journey of parenting. 

If you're interested in having your child(ren) dedicated, please talk to Pastor Ross or email him at ross@peninsulagrace.org. We ask that each parent attend our Child Dedication Class which will be held on May 1st from 10:45 am-12:15 pm in room 7. 

Budget Q & A

As we prepare for our Annual Meeting on May 22, we would like to offer opportunity for you to preview the proposed budget and ask questions related to the budget. Members of the staff and finance committee will be available between services on May 8 and 15 to go over the numbers and answer your questions. We will meet in the Prayer Room, which is located on the main level in the gym.

Women's Pottery Night

May 20th (Part One)  |   6-8 pm    |    Explorations Classroom
 

We have another very fun Women's event coming up that will have two parts. Join us for Part 1 at Explorations, LLC at 48500 Diamond M Ranch Rd. for an incredible night of creativity and fellowship. Ryan Martin will be leading us in a guided pottery lesson to make hand-crafted mugs that we will then glaze at a later date.

Celebration Sunday

May 22nd   |    After 2nd Service

We know that business meetings are boring. But what God is doing in and through our church is not! So we are going to combine our Annual Business meeting with a celebration of the ways that God has provided for our church and the many great things he has done this past year!

Join us for a potluck meal together with the bouncy house (weather permitting), a bonfire, yard games and time to share together in celebration. It’s all happening during services and right after 2^nd service on Sunday, May 22!

Youth for the Summer
Starting Sunday, May 22nd    |    6pm 

Calling all youth! For the Summer, all youth (Middle and High School students) will be meeting on Sundays for fun Summer activities. The very first gathering will be on May 22nd from 6-8pm at the church. Every Sunday will be different activities and have different times based on what they are doing so make sure you ask Danny Mangione for a Summer schedule.

The Mangiones will also be having weekly bible study at their house on Tuesdays from 6-8pm.

Vacation Bible School
June 5th- 9th    |    6pm - 8 pm

Join us at Peninsula Grace Church for our VBS as we go off-road for a Monumental adventure through the colorful canyons and sunbaked trails of the southwest. By exploring God’s awesomeness, kids form a rock-solid faith for the road ahead. The dates for VBS are June 5^th - 9^th (It's a Sunday - Thursday) from 6pm-8pm. We have classes for ages 2 - 5^th grade. 

This is a hands on experience for kids as they go from station to station doing crafts, games, Bible Stories, experiments, and singing songs. We look forward to having your child participating with us!
