Namaste Yoga Tribe,

Have you ever tried the other limbs of Yoga such as Pranayama?

PRANAYAMA (regulations of the breath) comes fourth directly after “Asana” within the Eight Limbs of Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga).

The air that we inhale and exhale is the most important force on our planet. We have come to this world with an INHALE and we shall leave this world with an EXHALE.

Sadly most people in our world aren’t breathing correctly and they have neglected the vital force that gives life which is the Breath.

Pranayama comes after the Asana as it has abilities to take us deeper and beyond where the Asana takes us.

This amazing Yogic technique will not only regulate the Breath, but also enhanced the life force and enriches the overall health and well-being.

Whilst the “Asana” being an important part of the eight limbs, however, it’s a preparation for Pranayama and meditation. It works more on the physical level therefore, it  has a limited ability to take the practitioner to a certain depth, hence it comes at the early stages (third) of the Ashtanga Yoga System.

Pranayama works on the subtle energetic body.

I have a great opportunity for you to learn classical Pranayama from my lineage “Kaivalyadham Lineage” and allowing this ancient practice to transforme you
