We're ready to configure Fall 2022 registration! While many of the tools will be familiar to our veteran leagues, they've been updated and live in the 20th Anniversary Edition portion of your inLeague instance.

We urge all of our leagues to schedule a short review session with us to step through your Fall registration process, the registration form, and your registration fees. If we do not hear from you, we will implement the registration form and fees we have on file, but we encourage you to reach out to support@inleague.io to learn what's possible and what's new with our 20th Anniversary Edition update! 

All registrar- and webmaster-level users now have access to the new (still-in-Beta) functions on your instance of inLeague. Over the next two weeks, we will be updating links on the legacy platform to redirect users to the 20th Anniversary Edition for Fall 2022 registration and administrative functions that have been migrated. 

Additionally, we are looking into the possibility of extending Spring 2022 registration past the previously mentioned May 15 deadline. This requires some work to enable MY2021 registration on our new platform, but we understand that some MY2021 programs register through June and we will make every effort to accommodate them!

Events, Invoices, and Fall 2022 Registration + Team Transactions
 

inLeague Platform Fees for the Event Manager and Invoice Templates went into effect on April 15, 2022.

Platform fees for player registration and team transactions will apply for Fall 2022 registration. Fees for team transactions will go into effect on May 1, 2022. Please note that a previous newsletter incorrectly indicated that team transaction fees would not be live until the Fall; we apologize for the error.

While we are enabling access to the 20th Anniversary Edition app on all of our production instances for Registrar and Webmaster-level users today, we are soliciting beta feedback through the end of April. It's not too late to sign up! Contact support@inleague.io and we'll assign you an administrator account on our demo instance if you'd rather kick some tires that aren't connected to your league!

We started development on the 20th Anniversary Edition two years ago. It's the biggest development effort we've ever undertaken.

We're grateful as always to our volunteers who contribute their time and expertise to making inLeague better and easier to use. We don't run soccer leagues, and everything we know about running them comes from volunteers like you. 

We're dedicated to supporting our software and we know that no plan survives first contact with soccer families, so we're on hand to squash bugs and tweak the interface as the need arises. Please don't hesitate to reach out with comments or questions!
