classic Trifari Philippe 1939 gold pave and enamel parrot head pin clip, another tell-tale pin clip on the back (for dating purposes), and a conclusive 1939 Harper's Bazaar advert (for the same series' rooster)... from the superb patented 1940 Trifari Philippe pave enamel and coloured stones floral series, two examples: six link patented bracelet, with sapphire cabochons (and advert for the faceted stones version); and patented and advertised floral spay pin clip, with faceted sapphires... never here before, 1940 Trifari Philippe charming baby bird, aqua body, shoebutton head, triangle cut feet, yellow enamel beak, propped up on a leaf, flower, and branch - a sweetheart pin, if ever there was one...
