Two Weeks to Go - Big Day of Giving 2022

It's not every day that new rowing facilities are erected. That is now on the horizon and I can't help but think of the line from the movie Field of Dreams, "if you build it, they will come." Who are they? More youth and adults from all over; future teammates and friends discovering this great sport. Imagine the energy if our juniors and masters teams grew by say 30%! Please be a part of this exciting project that allows smart and exciting growth for RCRC. Big boats only move fast if all 8+ give it their all.

On May 5, Big Day of Giving 2022, RCRC is asking you to join the drive to start Phase II of the expansion project; help turn the new site into a rowing site.
As the behind the scenes planning and permitting begins, our goal is to raise $18,000 on May 5. That's 50% of the cost of the new pier that will lead to an ADA compliant dock, and is the first structure to build.

Since Spring 2019...

On BDOG 2019, we kicked off the project with donations to expand into the new site. Since then, the RCRC community has supported the improvements to install land training facilities with landscaping, the High Voltage Fitness course stations, weights area, and now utilities are near completion. These improvements kept athletes active in a safe space; now it's time to build out the rowing facilities.
