Polls are open until 7pm, Friday 29 April 2022 (Sydney time).

If you’re a SUPRA member and currently enrolled, suspended, or deferred from a postgrad degree at Usyd, you should have received an email to your University email account with your link to vote.

If you believe you are eligible to vote in the SUPRA General election and haven’t received a voting link, please contact the returning officer at: returning.officer@supra.usyd.edu.au.

2022 election for Higher Degree by Research (HDR) Officer

 
To improve representation for Higher Degree by Research (HDR) postgraduate students, notice is hereby given of the election for the position of one (1) SUPRA HDR Student Officer for the 2022–2023 term. The election will be held from 8pm on Wednesday 27 April 2022 (Sydney time) online. Any currently enrolled HDR students who are members of SUPRA (or willing to become a member) are eligible to vote and to nominate themselves for the HDR Student Officer position, subject to the SUPRA Constitution and SUPRA Electoral Regulations.

2022 election for Disabilities Officer

To improve accessibility and representation for postgraduate students living with health, mental health, and disability conditions that impact their studies, notice is hereby given of the elections for the position of one (1) SUPRA Disabilities Officer for the 2022–2023 term. The election will be held from 4pm on Thursday 28 April 2022 (Sydney time) online.

Information session:
An information session will be held at 4pm Monday 25 April 2022 (Sydney time). At this session you'll be able to talk to the current Disabilities Officers about what the role involves.

Any currently enrolled postgraduate students who are living with disabilities and are members of SUPRA (or willing to become a member) are eligible to vote and to nominate themselves for the Disabilities Officer position, subject to the SUPRA Constitution and SUPRA Electoral Regulations.

To improve representation for women postgraduate students, notice is hereby given of the election for the position of one (1) SUPRA Women’s Officer for the 2022–2023 term. The election will be held from 8pm on Thursday 28 April 2022 (Sydney time) online.

Any currently enrolled postgraduate students who identify as women and are members of SUPRA (or willing to become a member) are eligible to vote and to nominate themselves for the Women’s Officer position, subject to the SUPRA Constitution and SUPRA Electoral Regulations.

To improve representation for postgraduate students studying and located in satellite campuses (all campuses other than the main Camperdown Campus), notice is hereby given of the election for the position of one (1) Satellite Campus Officer for the 2022–2023 term. The election will be held from 6pm on Friday 29 April 2022 (Sydney time) online.

Any currently enrolled postgraduate students studying at any University of Sydney satellite campuses who are members of SUPRA (or willing to become a member) are eligible to vote and to nominate themselves for the Satellite Campus Officer position, subject to the SUPRA Constitution and SUPRA Electoral Regulations.
