Dear Epiphany Parishioners, We are excited to be moving forward into the congregation survey portion of our rector search. This survey is critically important. It will both inform the writing of our parish profile and help us craft the interview questions that will guide us in the discernment process once we begin speaking with candidates.
The online survey is now live, and can be taken by clicking this link.
There will also be paper copies available at the back of the church beginning this Sunday. We think it's fitting that as we move into this most holy time of the year, we pause to think about the future of our parish. It should not take more than 15 minutes to fill out. We encourage every member of your household to fill it out (including children!) but we will also be happy to get one per family if that's more efficient. The survey will remain open until midnight on Sunday, May 1.
If you prefer to offer your answers and reflections in person, the search committee will offer three opportunities to do so: after the 10:30 service on April 24 and May 1 and over a Zoom meeting on Tuesday, April 26th at 6:30 pm. These are opportunities to both respond to the survey and ask general questions about the process.
In addition to completing the survey, we ask for your continued prayers of support as we move towards finding our next rector.
Many thanks, The Rector Search Committee |
