Dear Bishops Gate Community - 

Thank you again for an outstanding Annual meeting in January. Having reviewed all of the actions from that meeting, we are on track, with significantly cleaner landscaped community since Robert joined the team, fire hydrant testing rotation, water well generator service agreement, waste water service complete and great golf conditions.

As committed, our next Board meeting will be April 13th at 2pm at 10111 Bridgeview. Agenda with notes / recommendations to follow by Monday.

Additionally, please see note here regarding resident-student interactions, addressing how IJGA and residents can continue seeking a harmonious community, which has been achieved for much of the past 11.5 years together.
