not to be missed, two of the rarest Trifari Philippe pins ever seen, 1940 Bacchus face mask with an Empress Eugenie Crown, and a slightly smaller Bacchus with enamel sunrays, both from the same series - a remarkable pair to see together again... classic MB Boucher Birds, 1940 patented and impossibly cute Chickadees; magnificent swirling bird of paradise, from a series of important pieces based around big faceted stones, now firmly identified (beyond the characteristic Boucher serifed letter mark) by our recently discovered Easter 1942 advert from the LA Times...

two classic Trifari Philippe patented early 1940s designs: rare fruit salad flower pot from 1941, pave and enamel, exactly to the original patent design; the spangled Black horse from 1942 - both designs later revisited in 1948... 1949 gorgeous Trifari Butterfly, patented of course, now with the series name Fontainebleau, from a wonderful recently discovered advert... 1955-56 Paris in the Spring departing Honeymooners in a Hansom Cab, dated and priced in new adverts from LA and Chicago...

more magnificent Boucher - MB pave and metallic enamel floral spray pin, from the 1941 Garden of Eden, never seen before (but perhaps missing a berry) - superb bracelet, attributed MB c 1942 from the amazing faceted stones, and the gold and rhodium plating - a matched pair of Boucher button pins as seen in Vogue March 1951, complementary alternating colour combinations on the checkerboards... and also from Vogue, February 1959, Trifari Philippe Etoile, auora and lavarock series, superb five pointed star flower in pink...

important rare 1942-47 Sterling Jelly Belly Spider, not in Brunialti, a variant only once here before (with non-pave legs)... never seen before Coro gold and pave leaping fishes duette, dated to the early 50s from the big C in a circle (also seen on a Coro pin patented in 1951 - copyrighting began before 1955, especially from 1948 onwards)... nice old 1930s - early 40s pot metal and blue moonstone fruit salads flower cart... irresistibly charming 1930s Coro bounding Scottie dog in pave and black enamel...
