I am Kevin Kearney and I have been a Realtor for over 20 years. The biggest challenge I see most buyers and sellers dealing with is indecision. I like to call it analysis paralysis. They are bombarded with information from websites and agents who are vying for their business, leaving them feeling confused, overwhelmed, and like they are being pushed into a decision. My biggest gift as a Realtor is the ability to help families make the most powerful real estate decision; such that they are fully informed, experience a smooth transition and achieve the best result possible. 

 With a firm belief in being part of his community, Kevin has participated in organizations too numerous to list and was even awarded Bank of America's Local Hero Award.  He's a founding board member of 100MARIN, founder of both the San Francisco and Marin Professionals Network, a camp counselor at Camp Okizu, and a former board member and community advocate for the Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce.  Through his involvement with the San Rafael Chamber's Leadership Institute and his book, The Little Book of Success, Keven helps to advance young leaders in Marin County.
