Today is World Parkinson’s Day. 200 people will be newly diagnosed today.

For the more than 1.2 million Americans and 10 million people worldwide who have Parkinson’s, today marks a chance to raise awareness about the disease, share lived experiences of those who are affected by it, and take action to end it.

We are honored to contribute to that effort by showcasing the stories of twelve incredible individuals with Parkinson’s from across the country and the world in our new documentary, The Long Road to Hope.

Anyone, anywhere can now watch on our website for free, and we have a few requests for you to help us spread the word:

1. Please watch the documentary at www.parkinsontv.org

2. Please fill out our brief (5-minute) feedback survey after watching to let us know what we did well and what we can do better.

3. Please share the documentary personally with 10 friends, family members, and loved ones, and ask them to do the same and keep the chain going. The first step to raising awareness is starting a national and global conversation about Parkinson’s, and a grassroots network is an extraordinarily powerful way to do so.
