International Coalition of Sites of Conscience (ICSC) is thrilled to announce that we are hiring a full-time
Development Associate to join our team and play a key role in helping the Coalition meet its annual fundraising goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to learn about all aspects of Development including donor cultivation, proposal development and management, and Board engagement -- with the added perk of opportunities for international travel.
We are looking for applicants with strong written and oral communication skills and previous fundraising experience preferably in the areas of arts and culture, museums, transitional justice, and/or human rights. Experience working internationally and collaborating with people in diverse cultural and political contexts is preferred.

Our Four-Day Work Week
To promote more equitable workplaces and support its staff, the Coalition is currently piloting a 4-day workweek for all staff with the possibility of extending long term.
