White Shirt/Shoes
- There are still several students who have not brought their white shirt and shoes to the band building. This MUST BE DONE TODAY. The trailer will be packed tomorrow and all uniforms must be on the trailer. Please bring a white long sleeved button down shirt clearly labeled on a wire hanger and clean band shoes with a pair of SPS socks tucked inside the shoes in a plastic grocery bag. Place the bag with shoes looped over the hanger.
- There are still a few parents who need to send updated paperwork. You have received an email if this applies to you. This is needed ASAP
- There are several students who have not loaded their Disney tickets on to their Disney app. Please see Mr. Moran today to complete this.
- Have your child download the My Disney Experience app on their phone (the one with a 50 on the castle). Disney park tickets will be linked to their phone.

Jimmy Johns Boxed Meal for Bus Ride
If you'd like to order a Jimmy Johns boxed meal for the bus ride there, please fill out the attached order form and send it and payment to Mr. Moran no later than Thursday, April 14th at 3:00pm. This optional, but will be the only meal until we arrive at Universal on Wednesday morning. Kids may bring their own food (subject to search) on the bus if preferred, or eat before arrival at SPS. Absolutely NO BEVERAGES or BAKED GOODS are allowed to be brought on the trip. Snacks and drinks will be on the busses. JIMMY JOHNS ORDER FORM

Disney - Universal Trip Information
DEPARTURE:
Tuesday, April 19, 2022
Report time: 5:30 pm – Band Building
Departure time: 7:00 pm
Students are allowed one medium suitcase that will be put in bus luggage compartment and one backpack to carry on the bus. Please have a name tag on all bags.
All luggage will be inspected before departure. Once luggage is inspected, students are not allowed to leave the building and must stay in the designated areas until boarding time.
Students are to bring a pillow and blanket and wear comfortable sleeping clothes for the bus ride. Pack toiletries and a change of clothes for the next morning in a backpack carried on the bus. We will be stopping on Wednesday morning for everyone to freshen up and change clothes, and then we will be traveling directly to Universal Studios without checking into the hotel. Students will not have access to their luggage until we check into the Disney hotel on Wednesday night.
Boys are to pack a swimsuit, and enough clothes/necessities for 4-5 days. No inappropriate clothing will be allowed.
Make sure your child brings his/her cell phone charger, and they have an adequate battery in their cell phone. Portable chargers are helpful and can be ordered from Amazon. This is very important because chaperones keep in touch with the students by cell phone.
There will be a room check each evening by the directors and chaperones, and tape will be adhered to each door only to be removed the next morning by directors or chaperones.
If a disciplinary issue arises, the student will be flown home accompanied by a chaperone at their parents’ expense, and Brother Ray or Mr. Watkins will pick them up at the airport. You will also incur the cost of flying the chaperone back to Orlando.

Universal Parade Performance
The Marching Wolves will be performing in Universal Studios at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 23rd. Parents wishing to watch the parade must have a park ticket to enter Universal Studios.
