Kona Ice Facility Usage Permit

Resolution 2022-04-01

The Board of Trustees approved a Facility Usage Permit for Kona Ice allowing them to sell shaved ice at various locations and events in Fraser.

Waldron Minor Subdivision And Conditional Use Permit

Pubic Hearing

The application for the Waldron Minor Subdivision And Conditional Use Permit was withdrawn and therefore the Board did not consider this item.

Sanitary Sewer Maintenance And Repair

Resolution 2022-04-02

The Town Board approved a contract for maintenance and repair activities with Simon Pipeline Services for $103,728.25. The Town owns and maintains more than 21 miles of sanitary sewer pipe. Routine cleaning and maintenance increase system efficiency and minimizes system failures. 

Well Cleaning And Maintenance

Resolution 2022-04-03

The Town Board approved a contract for up to $83,861 with Colorado Water Well to clean, rehabilitate, and equip wells within the Fraser well field. The Town of Fraser began routine testing and maintenance of wells in 2020. Activities for 2022 include cleaning and equipment testing for two wells and completing downhole repairs for all five wells that were cleaned and tested in 2021.
