Thank you!

Thank you to all who teamed up with us for March Matchness! More than $10,000 was raised, helping us get closer to our $20,000 matching grant goal from Help Us Move In (HUMI). Whether you gave a buzzer-beater donation, or you shared our request with a friend through email or social media, you helped us WIN by supporting our mission of preventing children and their families from becoming homeless.
Welcome Home!
When a family we serve completes our program we call them "graduates" and when they move into their home, staff and volunteers warmly welcome them with packages filled with household essentials (photo below). This month four families have graduated from our comprehensive solutions program. Thank you to all who help us compassionately offer families facing homelessness the promise of home.👏🏼👏🏼

HELP SPREAD AWARENESS FOR FAMILY HOMELESSNESS
Family homelessness is often referred to as an “invisible crisis.” The parents and children experiencing it are less likely to be seen on the streets than chronically homeless individuals. Parents most often attempt to stay hidden from sight, for fear their children will be taken from them if identified as homeless. They can be found living in their cars, staying week-to-week in unsafe motels, or doubled up temporarily with friends or family.

HERE'S HOW YOU CAN HELP
Help us bring awareness to this invisible crisis by sharing this email with your family and friends. If we can be more visible by landing in your inboxes, we can change the trajectory of families suffering from homelessness.

For every forwarded email, you will be entered in a drawing for Wine Tasting for 4 at Cooper Mountain Vineyards in Beaverton. Every new subscriber will also be entered to win. It's a Win-Win-Win!
