Funding for All does not directly fund organisations or individuals. They do however mentor you to apply for funds from other trusts and foundations to increase your chances of success.

The Queen's Jubilee Fund 2022

Her Majesty The Queen will be celebrating her Platinum Jubilee over the extended bank holiday from 2 – 5 June 2022. Islington Council has launched the Queen’s Jubilee Fund to support events in the borough during the extended bank holiday that bring residents together and enable them to enjoy and celebrate the occasion.

Islington Council is supporting local celebrations of Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, the first ever Platinum Jubilee in British royal history, by providing £20,000 in funding for local celebratory events.

You will get help with your application they will provided the following guidance notes explaining what information to include for some of the questions. Please note that grant awards will be up to £600.

The closing date for applications is Sunday 10 April (11.59pm). The council will give its decision to applicants by the end of April.

The London Community Foundation

Pathways to Economic Opportunities Programme - Phase 2

They are delighted to announce Phase 2 of the Pathways to Economic Opportunities Programme (P2E). This programme has been established by The London Community Foundation (LCF), with support from JPMorgan Chase, to invest in Black and Minoritised community led ‘by and for’ organisations providing specialist employment, enterprise and financial health (EEFH) services. P2E will be delivered in partnership with Action for Race Equality (ARE) (previously the Black Training and Enterprise Group) and The Ubele Initiative (Ubele). The Fund will award grants of up to £100,000 over two years to registered charities, voluntary or community groups, and other not-for-profit organisations that have been in operation for at least three years. The funds can be used for project costs, core costs or a mix of both (full cost recovery). There is no upper limit of core vs project costs, but we will assess whether your proposal meets the priorities of the programme.

Funding for small charities working on complex social issues & and towards racial equity 

Lloyds Bank Foundation offers unrestricted grants of £50,000 over two years. Their funding is for small charities which are helping local communities, including Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, overcome complex social issues.

The support is for charities with an annual income of £25,000 to £1 million, with a proven track record of helping people on a journey of positive change. Lloyds Bank Foundation also offer tailored development support to help your charity be more effective.

The Prince of Wales Charity 

The Prince of Wales's Charitable Fund has reopened its small grant programme to UK registered non-profit organisations supporting grassroots projects in diverse and deprived communities.  The small grants programme awards single or multi-year grants to a maximum value of £5,000. City Bridge Trust

In response to Covid-19, Bridging Divides programme closed to new applications, while they focussed on emergency funding and supporting current funded organisations. Some funding programmes are now open to new applicants, and others will follow.

Cripplegate Foundation Main Grants programme

Cripplegate Foundation is launching a new fund for organisations in Islington led by, and supporting, people from marginalised groups. They have a total of £275,000 to distribute and are particularly interested in funding smaller organisations.

The Fore is offering up to £15,000

The Fore is offering 6-18 month grants of up to £15,000, for its Spring 2022 funding round. They make unrestricted grants which have the potential to have a transformational impact on an organisation. Transformational impact includes helping organisations become more sustainable, more efficient, to grow significantly or enabling an organisation to take a major step forward of some kind. They see their grants as investments in the organisations they support.

Better Temporary Accommodation for Londoners Funding

Better Temporary Accommodation for Londoners is a strategic initiative funded by Trust for London and Oak Foundation that aims to strengthen the voice, connections and influence of people in Temporary Accommodation (TA) and ultimately to improve people’s experience of TA. 

They are delighted to share that a new funding programme from the Trust, Better Temporary Accommodation for Londoners, launches today. 

Grantees who meet the criteria set out in the initiative funding guidelines are eligible to apply for grants of between £30,000 and £150,000. The deadline for grant applications is Tuesday 17 May 2022. There will be other ways of getting involved, including a programme of microgrants of less than £1,000, networking support and legal education.

Reducing Vaccine Inequalities - VCSE Grants Programme

They are offering grants of up to £5,000 to voluntary and community organisations working with young adults (17-30) and with inclusion health groups to fund activities designed to support take up of the Covid-19 vaccination.  So far, rates of uptake of the vaccine are lower in these groups and we want to take supportive action to reduce this inequality.  We are keen to collaborate with organisations who are best placed to know what is needed in the community and who can transform ideas into actions to help more people get protected. 

Types of projects

We welcome submissions for any type of project, activity or event, which could include:

·         discussion events

·         workshops

·         health and wellbeing activities

·         producing communication materials, videos or web content 

·         training for staff or volunteers.

Projects must start by 1st June 2022 and delivery must be completed by 30th September 2022.
