Volunteer Updates:
Leadership Changes in Central and South Central Regions

Tamara PetersonWe extend our immense appreciation to Tamara Peterson who recently completed her term as Regional Leader for the Central Region. Tamara began serving as a Regional Leader in 2019, and we thank her for the many hours of hard work on behalf of our chapters and the women and girls we support. She continues to serve as co-leader of the OH, Hudson-1 chapter.

Debra BermanReplacing Tamara as Central Regional Leader is Debra Berman. Debra first joined Rise in 2019 and started the MI, Ann Arbor-2 chapter in 2021. We are excited to have Debra join our volunteer leadership team, helping us develop and support regional strategies to grow new chapters, retain existing chapters, and increase awareness of our organization.

Kasey HenryWe also want to recognize Kasey Henry who recently retired as Regional Leader of the South Central Region. Kasey has served as a Regional Leader since 2019, and we appreciate her leadership, enthusiasm, and commitment to Rise! She continues to co-lead the TX, Houston-8 chapter.
