In today's Union Leader, Kevin Landrigan wrote a story about Governor Chris Sununu's endorsement of our campaign for State Senate. In it, Buckley took swipes at me and the governor. While I'm sure Buckley didn't like my response, the attack shows one of the angles the Dems will use against me. Because I support our state's ban on LATE TERM abortion, abortions that take place after the child is able to survive outside of the womb, I'm an "extremist."
Buckley also reached back into my radio days when I decried Planned Parenthood's targeting of black neighborhoods and women. I stand by those remarks and have provided links to just a few of the many articles that have chronicled this gruesome reality.
To effectively defend against the coming attacks, which will no doubt find their way into people's mailboxes, inboxes and social media pages, I'm making this urgent appeal for donations. We simply have to be able to respond in kind to ensure the truth about our position and our state's law is known to voters. We must also expose the Democrats and D'Allesandro as the real extremists who believe in taxpayer funded abortion up until the moment of birth. D'Allesandro and the Democrats even voted against "Born Alive" legislation that would have required babies who survived an abortion, which happens sometimes with the late term abortions NH just banned, be given life saving medical care! Now that's extreme!
If the Democrats want to fight on abortion, we have to stand our ground and defend NH's restrictions in the 7th, 8th and 9th months of pregnancy. We have to tell the truth about their radical positions, which are opposed by 90% of Granite Staters. If we do, we win as we'll take away their only play this "ROEvember" as Chairman Buckley's Twitter graphic (above) so pointedly shows.
