Please remember that we are changing worship time to 10am this Sunday October 2nd!! ( No worship at 9:00am)
Sunday Message: Our sermon came from Mark 1:14-20, and invited us to deeply consider Jesus’ words about the kingdom of God, and his invitation to the disciples to come follow him. This same invite is extended to us today to both follow the King and participate in His Kingdom. Listen and be encouraged!
Hope Nursery: This Fall Hope Kids are learning to be young worshipers in our nursery and elementary groups this fall! Each week we’re learning about an important part of Sunday worship.
It has been a blast with Hope Elementary Kids on Sundays during worship on the Risley’s front porch. The lessons for this age group will be offered every week. Students will start out with their families in worship, and they are released to join their group right before the offering. This is a great time for this age group to learn to become young worshippers.
Mark Sermon Series! - Nate started a sermon series in the book of Mark on September 18th. We encourage you to partner up or join a group to dig in and study the book of Mark with us. Click here to view the sermon series order.

September 30th- The Hope Fun Committee invites you to join us for a Friday Night Out! Our very own Eric Metts is playing at 7pm on 9/30 at Rooster and the Crow- mark your calendar!

This past Sunday, two of our Deacons Nancy Miller and Keith Powers, shared a little about their deacon posts. Click here to learn more!
Nancy Miller's Deacon post is called "Hope Cares." Part of that ministry is encouraging others to journal. Each week in the newsletter we will have a new prompt. Click here to get more information about journaling.
This week's prompt: How has forgiving someone or being forgiven changed you?
The Kiser family welcomed baby Gray last week into their family! If you are able to support their family, they have signed up for a meal train! This is a great way to bless a family as they are adjusting to life with a new baby! MEAL TRAIN HERE!
Tithing is an act of generosity and a simple response to God's generosity to us.  Options  for giving: tithe online, send your giving to our post office box, or give checks or cash in the offering plate. Our gifts support the mission of this church in our community and beyond and we are grateful for your generosity.
