Scout-O-Rama
What you need to know!

Hello Orange County Scouters!  We are looking forward to an amazing Scout-O-Rama on Saturday October 1st.   Our event this year is different than previous years.  Please read this message and visit our website for the most current information.  https://ocbsa.org/sor

We need Volunteers to Help at Scout-O-Rama!
Please do not assume that someone else will help.  We need every unit to ask itself, “where will we help”?  Please get 3-4 members of your unit to help us out in the following areas.

  • Click Here to help the Membership Team
  • Click Here to help with Parking, Booth Judging, Range Masters, Lifeguards (+15 yrs) and Scout Waivers

Parking & Transportation
Our parking is offsite, but close by.  Please review our website for recommended locations for Guests, anyone needing ADA assistance and Scouts.  Our buses will be leaving the parking locations approximately every 10 minutes.
For real-time updates on parking status, you can visit our Twitter Feed.  For other parking locations, please visit our website https://ocbsa.org/sor

Event FAQs
  • You cannot drive into the IROEC on Saturday, all parking is remote.  The only access will be via one of our buses.
  • You’ll need a signed waiver to participate in our adventure activities like: Archery, BB Gun, Tomahawk, Zipline, Seabase, Lower & Upper Ropes course, our Goldmine and Ranch programs.  If you’d like to fill it out and print our waiver in advance and bring it with you, here’s an electronic copy.  Scout-O-Rama Waiver
