The Reading Cultural Podcast Featured Librarian: Meredith Derrick

Our new podcastThe Reading Culture, debuted last week with author Meg Medina as our first guest! Every week, the podcast also features an awesome Beanstack librarian.

This week's show highlighted Meredith Derrick, library coordinator for Klein Independent School District in Texas. She shared an awesome idea when we asked about her most successful library program ever, which you can hear on Apple, Google, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. Listen to the snippet linked above to hear Meredith talk about her "secret sauce" for getting kids even more excited to read. By the way, congratulations to the three winners of our launch contest! We're in touch and will announce them by name soon!

Reminder about Girls in Motion, a Meg Medina Reading Challenge: On last reminder that Meg curated a special reading list challenge.
