Join Us On the Hill THIS Sunday, Sept. 25

Come early! Bring your blankets, lawn chairs and sunbrellas as we transition outside for one Sunday. We are excited for an opportunity to periodically experience the freedom of gathering to hear God's Word outdoors in His creation. Parking attendants will guide you to the back of our building and into parking spaces. KidCheck check-in stations will be available outdoors. Do you have a friend, coworker or family member who doesn't know Jesus? Bring them along this Sunday!

The nursery will be available all morning. Please enter through the designated doors at the back of the church. Sunday School students will be dismissed from the hill and escorted by adults to their appropriate classrooms inside the building. You may pick up your students in their normal classrooms at the conclusion of the service.

Please note that there will not be tents this time, however there will be chairs set up on the level pavement. For those who are immune compromised or concerned about allergies, the livestream can be viewed in Fellowship Hall.

Family Gathering and Meal | Sunday, Oct. 2

Everyone is encouraged to come together for our upcoming Family Gathering and dinner on Sunday, October 2, at 4:30pm in Fellowship Hall.

These gatherings are important moments in our life as a church. We come together for a Family Gathering a couple times each year and hope for everyone who is a part of ZF to be there. They provide occasions for us to do three things together: hear, share, and pray.

  1. We hear updates from leaders and members of our church. This is an important time for our elders and others to share our vision and what is coming up in the life of our church.

  2. We share how God has been working in our lives. We want to hear from you about how God is working in and through you so that we can together give him thanks.

  3. We pray for God to do what only he can do through us. We want to depend on God to do above and beyond what we could ask or think in the coming days.

Pitch-In Meal Information

ZF will provide herbed seared chicken thighs, desserts & drinks. Church family are asked to bring the following (10-12 servings):

Join Us Saturday, Oct. 1

The Men’s Ministry’s theme this fall is Life as Worship: Ordering Everything Around the Supremacy of God. Our Men’s Fellowships and the Men’s Retreat in November will all center on this theme. The fellowship for Saturday, October 1st will explore counter-cultural worship. As Christians, our ultimate allegiances and values will run counter to the world. In other words, the object of our worship is at odds with the broader culture. Currently, this has become more acute in our nation. We all sense the pressure and dissonance of a massive cultural shift. At its heart, this is a worship issue. Our communities and individual lives will benefit by placing God, not man, at the center. We’ll discuss being men wholeheartedly devoted to the preeminence of Christ in a world that ignores or resists him and his reign.

Place: Chris Nieshalla residence, 3125 South 875 East, Zionsville
Time: 8:15AM.  Breakfast served at 8:30 AM

Although not a requirement, if you would like to bring a breakfast dish to share, please text or call Gerry Bissell at 317-750-8296.

Join A Small Group!

Small groups are a key way that we fulfill our purpose to glorify God by being and making disciples of Jesus. In addition to Sunday morning and everyday friendships, small groups are a primary way that we fulfill our purpose as a church to be and make disciples of Jesus.

Small groups gather regularly to discuss God’s word, serve and enjoy friendship together, and to pray for one another and for those who don’t know Christ.
