Let’s Plant, <<First Name>>!

Packard West has a bit of ‘traditional’ landscaping that hasn’t been well maintained. We are going to turn this in a gorgeous and ecologically significant haven for native plants and Packard West patients. Flats of native plants have been generously donated to us by Feral Flora and New Leaf Native Plant Nursery. This will be a great opportunity to learn how to plant and what species to use in a very difficult gardening situation - a raised bed under Norway maples with full afternoon sun!

Patient care at Packard Health is personal - and unique, effective, compassionate. They are nationally recognized for the way they care for their patients.

At Packard Health, diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core. Their commitment to these values is unwavering – across all of their work and is a promise to the community and the patients they serve. They know that having varied perspectives helps generate better ideas to solve complex health problems of a changing—and increasingly diverse—society.

If you would like to attend, please reply with a “YES” and the day(s) you would like to attend. RSVP is not required, but is certainly helpful.

Bring garden tools (shovels, spades, trowels, etc) if you have them along with water and a snack.

And let us know if you have any questions.
