Group topics include anxiety, depression, and perfectionism, with groups especially for students of color and LGBTQ+ students. Groups are led by CAPS counselors, are free, and are primarily offered online (a few groups meet in person). Online CAPS workshops CAPS counselors hold weekly online workshops to help students develop skills related to time management, improving sleep, managing anxiety, practicing self-compassion, and more. Workshops are free and available on a drop-in basis by Zoom.
