September 23rd, 2022 Community Update

Prepare for the Storm

Sand bag distribution sites will be open this weekend at both Egan Park (parking lot next to the boat parking) and the Horan Park Parking Lot (on the wall next to Public Works).

There are bags and shovels at both locations. All residents will be able to self-serve over the weekend.

On Monday and Tuesday of next week we will have a team member assisting at the sand bag distribution sites from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

A state-issued ID will be required to verify residential status, as the sand bags are only available to residents of St. Pete Beach.
Stay informed and make sure to sign up for notifications from Pinellas County & the City of St. Pete Beach HERE.

Phase 2 of Home Beautification Program

See more details and apply on the city website HERE.

Testimonial from Participant of Phase 1 of the Beautification Program:
"The right-of-way beautification project is complete and looks great. It even motivated me to power wash the sidewalk and paint our mailbox! More importantly, it's effectively absorbing today's heavy rainfall (no run-off, no flooding). Thanks again to the contractors and folks at the City; everyone was great to work with."
