This concert certainly includes something for everybody. Musicians are members of The Orchestra of Opera North, and friends:

- Richard Hewitt and Kim Haan: oboes

- Daniela Bechly: voice
The programme includes:
- Brahms - Sonata in G major for violin and piano (1st movement)
- Elgar - Chanson de Matin et Nuit for violin and piano
- Mozart Trio - La ci darem la mano variations – 2 oboes and piano
- Handel - Arrival of the Queen of Sheba
- William Grant Still - Incantation and Dance – oboe and piano
- Schubert - E flat trio (1st Movement)
- Schubert - 3 songs; Daniela Bechly/ Penny Cliff

Additional news!
- Our November concert will take place on Friday November 18th at 6pm, and will feature Christiane Behn (Professor of Piano, Hamburg Conservatory), with her student Yannick Fiß. Together, they will consider the crossover between composers and pianists from 18th century to modern.
- We now have a card reader – so you can pay for drinks and produce by card at concerts. We would ask that you don’t abandon cash altogether, as cash donations speed up the interval drinks queue!
- Helen’s Honey (clear and set) will be on sale at all concerts £6.00/ jar. Profits to Pimlott Foundation.
