During the meeting for those who are interested in participating in the following observational study:
Dr. Joshua Lander Chiropractor, Exercise Scientist, Neurology Diplomate, Certified Strength, and Conditioning Coach, and you're also an adjunct Professor of Physical Therapy at Sacred Heart University.
Dr. Lander and his students will be conducting a 10-15 minutes observational study looking at the relationship between gait and cognition. They will be using a 3D computerized walking assessment in addition to a standard cognitive exam.
Legislation has been introduced in Congress to create a national plan to end Parkinson’s disease: The National Plan to End Parkinson’s Act (H.R.8585/S.4851). It will, for the first time, unite the federal government in a mission to prevent and cure Parkinson’s.
