Allergens can provoke asthma attacks. If your child has asthma, fall is a peak season for flare-ups caused by exposure to potent allergens like ragweed, the most common cause of fall allergies. Ragweed blooms during autumn, which many people are allergic to. The best way to deal with seasonal asthma problems is to plan and take every possible step to prevent them. Make sure to follow your Asthma Action Plan and see your health care provider if you have issues.
