2022 Annual Meeting Day 2 is TOMORROW!

Hello <<First Name>>,

We are looking forward to welcoming you for DAY 2 of our 2022 Annual Meeting, tomorrow 29 September. Tomorrow's meeting will feature our Regional Breakout Groups, hosted during your regional times. We hope these Breakouts are a good chance for you to learn more about the topics related to pancreatic cancer that are important to you!

Each Breakout will last for 50-55 minutes, featuring a presentation by an expert in the field and a Q&A/Discussion Session where you can share any thoughts and questions you have about the topic. After your initial session, you will have a ten minute break before joining your second session and topic of choice. Please find a few reminders and your Zoom links below.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

It will be essential to have a stable internet connection for the best experience. The higher broadband the better. Please do not attempt to join the meeting using a cellular phone hotspot or a satellite internet connection, as these will NOT work.

Please pre-arrange a quiet, comfortable spot with good lighting while you are attending the meeting. We want you to be as comfortable as possible.

Please use headphones plugged into your computer if possible. This will help with audio quality for everyone. Also, remember to mute your microphone when you are not talking.

When you join the meeting, please turn on your camera so we can see your smiling face!
