2nd Quarter 2022 Update from Allison Mitchell, UPCI Associate Missionary to the United Kingdom

Greetings to all my Partners in Missions. Thank you to for your continued prayers and support for His work in United Kingdom and Europe. The victory is coming.

With all the happenings in our isles, the passing of a beloved Sovereign and the installation of a new King, as we mourn as a nation, I could not help thinking of the old song, “Kings and Kingdoms will all pass away, but there’s something about that name…”

I’m glad we serve an eternal King who never changes. His Kingdom will never come to an and, and it is my prayer that many will come to know Him in these uncertain times. Here are some of of the victories He’s already won...

It is with great sadness that we said farewell to our lovely Queen Elizabeth II. Our Nation has felt your prayers, and covets them in this season of transition. You may view Central District Missions Reflection Service on the life of the Queen here. God save the King, and lead him in his new role.

We love our little people around Liberty Worship Centre! These ones (Top) are off to their next adventure, keep our Military Kids in prayer as go through rotation—Pray that they will love Jesus all of their lives and know how much He loves them! Max is working on his memory verses— grateful for those who instil truth in young lives! and the keys to my miracle 2002 Honda (Interim car thank you PIM’s, whilst raising that goal—this is still a need, PM me for ways you can help!)

We had a powerful time in Watford with the National Missions Department in May, praying into the beginnings of Life Tab Northwood. Keep the Roger’s in prayer as they pioneer this field. (Top) Bishop Francis preached a masterful message in Llandudno, as we gathered TOGETHER in person for General Conference the first time since the pandemic this August (Middle) The Central District Ladies Concert in Rugby in June was so anointed. As our LWC Ladies said, “I think those two are Holy Ghost powerhouses,” Grateful for the leadership of Rev Groves and Rev Frater! (Bottom)

Momo’s been learning about worship! (Top right). Kevin, from Ireland, spoke a powerful word at our Youth Congress in London—as his former youth leader, I was so proud! This Generation will do mighty things for Jesus! (Top left) Loved seeing my Norwegian Girls at GBI YC this April!

I love IOMA Youth and what He is doing in this Generation! Rev Julie Jasinski and I got to pop in the Isle of Man this June for a powerful service!

His Glory is changing lives all over this world! What an incredible move of the Holy Ghost during EYC in Romania this July. Thank you to the Patterson’s and European Youth Commission for organising this event. Only Heaven will tell the full story!

THANK YOU to those who have given to the need in my Transportation budget. While I am blessed with an interim car, any amount will help, with rising fuel, maintenance and transportation costs, as the rest of the funds needed come in.

I recently celebrated 15 years in the UK, and am winding down the process of preparing for citizenship—I would ask that you keep this in prayer, and prayerfully consider giving towards this need.
