Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 7 pm
We will meet in the Ohana Room and on Zoom

All Owners:
Make sure you have access to your account on Town Square. HOA payments will be reflected there, however there is a fee charged to pay your HOA payment on Town Square. To avoid the fee you can send your payment by check to Associa’s Atlanta office, or you can provide them with the documentation to do direct withdrawals from your bank account. Those two methods are free. Maintenance requests are all to be submitted to Town Square first.
 
Monthly Reminder: Please remember to put vinegar and baking soda into all of your drains each month to help keep them clear and potentially minimize the chance of needing to call a plumber for more serious clogs. It also makes a cool volcano.

First Look 2023 Budget Discussion
 
If you missed our community budget discussion, you can find the overview documents HERE. These are very much in draft form, but we wanted you to see as early as possible the likely HOA increases we will be discussing at tonight's board meeting.

Please review this draft presentation and let any board member know any questions or feedback you may have. The plan is that (barring any unforeseen expenses/events from this Thursday through the meeting in November) this will be the official proposal. And then we will vote on the final approval at November's meeting. But we will obviously keep an eye on numbers as we get the first few months of Associa financials and see if anything seems off course and requires adjustment.
