The stock market lost $1.6 Trillion on Tuesday. Investors dumped their stocks causing the steepest 1-day decline since June 2020.

When we think about investing, what comes to mind?

Finances. Real Estate. IRAs. Stocks. Bonds. Crypto…?

But what does mainstream media and the internet finance gurus always forget to mention?

Your HEALTH!

Investment: the time, energy, or matter spent in the hope of future benefits.

The truth is simple: You can have 2 cars, a vacation home, your house paid off, cash in the bank (might be safer under your mattress), your student loans forgiven, a pension plan the government (hopefully) doesn’t steal, etc.

But…

Without consistent investments into your health, it too, will look like the S&P 500.

As stress and subluxation build, it’ll show up as fatigue, aches, pain, loss of clarity, loss of motivation, and you’ll quickly find the excuse called…

“Aging.”

It’s a load of crap!

It’s not aging. It’s because you haven’t been committed and disciplined enough through consistent investments.

Chiropractic is just a piece of the puzzle. Just as exercise, eating real food, avoiding toxins, and staying positive and grateful are also pieces of the same health puzzle.

One does not replace the other.

And you have to do them all consistently to see and experience the freedom that most never experience.

Chiropractic helps you adapt to an ever changing + stressful environment and helps build internal resistance to the stressful environment you live in.

Without getting checked weekly, you live a subluxated, less than optimal, less resistant life that has a challenging time adapting to stress and a rapidly changing environment.
