The winter drawdown on both Lake Hamilton and Lake Catherine will be five feet. 

Entergy will begin the drawdown on November 1 and will lower the lakes approximately six inches per day for ten days.    

The 2023 refill will begin sometime between March 1 and March 8 and will be completed by March 15. The refill will also be at a rate of approximately six inches per day.

 

Entergy closes the vehicle access gate to the area below Remmel Dam for safety reasons at 10 PM and reopens it at approximately 5 AM daily.
