Open Enrollment Is September 15–30, 2022

Welcome to the start of Open Enrollment! If you’re not sure what that means or what you need to do, don’t worry. We’ll walk you through essential steps and deadlines.

For 2022-2023, Unity Worldwide Ministry's health insurance program is maintaining United Healthcare and have made the following changes:

Kemper Signature GAP is not included with medical coverage cost. Signature GAP can still be purchased separately.

This year’s enrollment period is September 15–30, 2022. This is the only period of time during the year when you can make changes to your benefits.

Had Prior Coverage

If you were enrolled with us for the 2021-2022 coverage period, you will receive an email from the insurance brokerage company Bukaty with information regarding renewal.

Please check the eligibility requirements and see the benefit package on our health insurance webpage. Cost outlined are per month. Employee/Employer contributions vary by ministry. Please contact your church administrator for details regarding employer contributions.
